NCT U debuted on the 4th of April 2016 with their song The 7th Sense. They were the first unit of NCT to debut.
As NCT is a forever growing group, numbers changing ever comeback there isn’t a definite group number, but as of debut there were 5 members. NCT was formed by SM Entertainment. NCT U is split into 2 groups, the first made up of Taeyong, Doyoung, Ten, Jaehyun and Mark, the second consists of, Taeil, Jaehyun and Doyoung. They were born between 1994 and 1999.
Group 1 of NCT U came out with The 7th Sense, while the 2nd group came out with Without You a day later. The youngest member, Mark debuted in all three current units.
